You are not alone—I understand because I’ve been there too. On my journey, there was no one to talk to, no one who cared or truly understood what I was experiencing. Even after coming out of it, the pain lingered, refusing to leave me. That unprocessed hurt has a way of surfacing, and if it doesn’t come out in a healthy way, it will find an unhealthy outlet.

It started affecting every part of my life—my finances, relationships, self-image, and even my future plans. I didn’t realize why I kept falling sick or why my confidence was in shambles. I was thirsty for love, so much so that I found myself settling for less—less than I deserved, less than what God had for me.

It took me over 15 years to narrate my story right, and I’m still learning.

After years of praying, researching, studying, learning from experts, and spending time with God, my dad. I am now able to tell my story right from His perspective. It's not perfect. It's not my story but His story (history).

This community exists to help you take the first step in sharing your story. Give language, structure, and context to your story. Maybe it's not even a story just yet; maybe there are just scenes that are always stuck in your head. and you don't know what to do with them. You don't know how to stitch it together. Maybe you’re not seeing it in the light of how God sees it. But I encourage you—start here. Just that first step. Let this be the beginning of your healthy outlet.
