3 Healthy mindsets during transition.

1. EXPECT IT :


Transitions must occur. Getting used to and recognizing that change is inevitable will help you manage your anxiety. It is much preferable to anticipate a shift since it puts us in the "I saw this coming" and "bring it on" attitude.


2. LABEL IT :


Naming and categorizing events and circumstances is one of our best abilities. The majority of life is not what occurs to you; rather, it is what you identify and call what happens to you.


3. DIRECT IT :


Our final destination isn't always clear to us. However, we have the ability to choose our course of action. This provides us power over how we proceed each day in the direction of our goal. No matter the transformation, knowing that I have control over my path's direction will make it easier for me to reroute and redirect our journey.
